Apple juice: nectar consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, honey consistency 4 - 5 tsp, pudding consistency 5 tsp - 2 tbsp. Orange juice: nectar consistency 3 - 3-1/2 tsp, honey consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, pudding consistency 4 - 4-1/2 tsp. Cranberry juice: nectar consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, honey consistency 4 - 5 tsp, pudding consistency 5 tsp - 2 tbsp. Coffee/tea: nectar consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, honey consistency 4 -5 tsp, pudding consistency 5 tsp - 2 tbsp. Milk-low fat: nectar consistency 4 - 4-1/2 tsp, honey consistency 5 - 5-1/2 tsp, pudding consistency 2 - 2-1/2 tbsp.
